Table Plans

15 September 2015 | by Sinead O'Toole

From bright and floral, to simple and sophisticated, we have a range of beautiful Table Plans that will certainly wow your guests.

Our table plans are available in two different sizes, A1 (841 x 594mm) and A0 (1189 x 841mm).

We recommend A1 (£70) if you have between 1-15 tables and A0 (£90) for bigger weddings with 15+ tables.

A gorgeous frame will complete the entire look of your table plan.

Many reception venues will provide you with an easel and a frame. However, if they don't or you would prefer your own frame, you can easily purchase one or ask a framing company to create a bespoke one for you.

A Northern Ireland based company we highly recommend is The Framing Table.

If you live locally, we will happily rent you a stunning A1 silver frame (see below) for £20.

Custom work is the perfect option if you would like something that reflects both you and your fiancé's personality or ties in with the theme of your wedding.

When it comes to wedding stationery and table plans, you can be as creative as you like! I work on all the custom orders and I love reading my clients quirky ideas.

If you would prefer individual seating cards (see below) so you can put together a masterpiece, this can be done too!

After placing your order, I will email you a proof for your approval within a few days. As soon as I've received your approval, your table plan will be sent to print and prepared for shipment within 5 working days. Shipping time will depend on your location. If it's an A1/A0 sheet, your table plan will be carefully rolled and shipped in a tube, which will protect it from creasing.

When should I order?

Pre-designed - No later than 3 weeks prior to wedding.

Custom-madeNo later than 2 months prior to wedding. This will be enough time to create your design but can be printed a few weeks before your wedding incase you need to amend names.

I hope this little article has been useful. If you have any further questions or would like to know more about custom work, please get in touch and I'll be more than happy to help!
