Wedding FAQs
How does the process work?
When you order from our online collection, you will receive your first proof for approval within 1-3 working days. We are happy to make 1-2 minor amendments and any amendments beyond this may result in a small fee for additional design time. However, most designs are approved and finalised by the first or second round.
We will do our best to accommodate your wording choice. However, please keep in mind that adding a great deal of information is not recommended to preserve the legibility of your text and the integrity of your design. If you need to add accommodation, directions or gift info to your design, we suggest ordering enclosure cards.
If I order invitations and a table plan online, how will I receive my designs?
You will receive an email with a PDF proof that will contain all the designs from your order. Designs are only sent to print once you have approved them.
Table Plans and Order of Service are printed closer to your wedding date, so we often use placeholder text in these until you have your final wording ready.
When should I print my table plan, order of service, place cards etc?
These need to be finalised and sent to print 2-3 weeks before your wedding. All our parcels are shipped from the UK.
Is there a minimum order?
There is. Due to the time involved in creating your designs along with printers minimum quantities, a minimum of 35 cards is required from our pre-designed collection. This is why always we recommend ordering a few extra.
Do you provide envelopes?
We provide complimentary white envelopes with our pre-designed collection.
Can you print my guest names on the invites?
Absolutely!
Do you offer foil?
Yes, we offer gold, silver, copper and rose gold foil, which can be added to any of our cards.
Can I use Roco & Miley's artwork for my own personal work?
No. All digital images and artwork used during the proofing process and on this website are sole property of Roco & Miley and cannot be used for a personal design or reproduction. All illustrations are copyright of Roco & Miley and may not be reused without permission from Sinead O'Toole.
