Online Collection FAQ

How does the order process work?

When you order from our online collection, you will receive your first proof for approval within 3-4 working days based on the details you provided in your order. We are happy to make 1-2 minor amendments, however any amendments beyond this may result in a fee for additional design time.

Any additional information you may want included on your invitations is subject to Roco & Miley's approval and may ultimately not be included on the item due to product design and integrity. If spelling errors are discovered after printing, we are required to charge for a reprint.

If I order invitations and on-the-day stationery on your website, will everything be emailed together?

Yes, you will receive a PDF proof with all your designs. As Table Plans and Order of Service etc are not needed until a later date, these items will be kept on hold and will include placeholder text until you have your final wording ready. 

Do you provide envelopes?

Yes, we provide complimentary white envelopes. Ivory/cream, shimmering pearlescent and kraft are available at 20p each.

Can I use the artwork from my order for a logo or artwork on my blog/website?

All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property of Roco & Miley and cannot be used for a personal design or reproduction. All illustrations are copyright of Roco & Miley and may not be reused without permission.
