When should I order my Save the Dates / Invitations?

Save the Dates can be ordered 12-18 months before your wedding. The ideal time to send these out is 8-12 months before your wedding.

Invitations can be ordered 8-12 months before your wedding. These are usually sent out 3-6 months before your wedding.

While this decision is yours, keep in mind that giving plenty of notice to guests is important for them to make preparations.

When should I order my welcome sign, table plan, order of service, place cards etc?

We recommend ordering these items along with your invitations. They can be customised to match the theme of your invitations, keeping the look consistent.

Most of these items are printed at a later stage, around 3 weeks before your wedding.

What deposit is required?

A 50% deposit is required before your designs are started. The remaining balance is due once you have seen the proofs and are happy for us to send to print.

When will I receive my design proof?

The waiting time for new bespoke work is 3-6 weeks after receiving your deposit.

Do you offer digital only save the dates / invites?

To preserve the integrity of our artwork, we do not offer digital versions of save the dates or invitations that feature our venue illustrations.

Will my parcels be tracked?

Absolutely. Parcels are fully tracked via our reliable couriers. Tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

When it comes to wedding invites, flat cards are highly favoured by couples. They are commonly used for Save the Dates, as well as Day and Evening Invitations.

This fee is only paid once. When the venue illustration is complete, it can be used across any items of your stationery, including invitations, table plan, welcome sign etc, at no additional cost.

Floral Drawing (Full colour) - $1,200

Florals are carefully hand-drawn to create a stunning piece of artwork. Incorporate them individually or alongside a drawing of your venue.

This fee is only paid once. When the florals are complete, they can be used across any items of your stationery, keeping the theme consistent.

Up to 5 drawings - $1250 - $2250 depending on detail

Incorporate a diverse range of drawings into your design, showcasing aspects like your cherished pets, the place of your engagement, countries travelled, a map, or elements close to your heart.

Once the illustrations are complete, they can be used across any items of your stationery.

How to work out the cost

For example, you have 150 guests and require 80 flat invitations with white envelopes, printed on texturised card. You would like a coloured illustration of your venue on the front.

The cost of 80 flat invites ($640) + 80 white envelopes ($80) + texturised card ($110) + the venue illustration ($1,400) brings the total cost of your invites to $2,230.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your design dates and the remaining 50% is due once you have seen the proof and are happy to be printed.

Delivery is $110 Australia-wide and your parcel will be fully tracked.
