General Questions

Should I create an account?

This is recommended if you would like to view your order history. You can log into your account located at the top of the website at any time to check your orders.

Do you provide envelopes?

Yes, we provide free white or ivory envelopes with all our save the date cards, wedding invitations, RSVP and Thank you cards. Coloured envelopes are available on request at an additional £20.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Sample orders are typically processed between 3-5 working days. Personalised orders that require a proof will ship within 5-10 working days of being approved. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.

How does the order process work?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmtion via email. We may need to contact you if we require any additional information (wording, pictures, etc.). We will then start your design and you'll be sent a proof within 4-5 working days.

Please review the proof in detail. If you'd like to make any changes to your proof, just reply to the email. We offer 1 initial proof with 2 free rounds of changes. Any additional design changes are £8 per round.

Once we have your approval, your items will be sent to print and you will be notified by email when they're ready to ship.

Can I change the wording format?

You can customise any of our designs to say whatever you like. Any additional wording changes can be entered into the 'customisation requests' section on the product page. We can make small edits to the placement of design elements for free so that your wording fits well with the layout of your design.

We will do our best to accommodate your wording choice. However, please keep in mind that adding a great deal of information is not recommended to preserve the legibility of your text and the integrity of your design.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you cancel your order after you've received your proof, we will refund your order, minus a £35 design fee. After proofs have been approved, your order is non-refundable. Please note that upon final approval of your personalised order, we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.

Custom Services

How does the process work?

Once we've received your enquiry for custom work, we will get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your idea further. We will prepare a quote based on your design preferences, quantities and desired items.

What is the waiting time for custom work?

Waiting time for custom work will depend on our availability, but is usually started 3-4 weeks after we've contacted you to discuss your design and collect all the information we need. During busy periods, this may extend to 6 weeks.

How long does the process take?

The time it takes for custom work varies depending on the scope of each design. Please contact us with your idea and we will send you all the informatiion you need.
