Tech Accessories (Phones, AirPod Cases) Refunds & Returns
We really hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective, the product is damaged, or there is a misprint on our behalf.
If your order meets any of these criteria, please contact us at info@rocoandmiley.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the defective or damaged item. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective, damaged, or misprinted items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label.
- For all other returns or exchanges, including accidental orders of the wrong size phone case or AirPod case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that all such returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for personalised or customised items unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised or custom items
- Gift cards
- Sale items
To avoid frustration, please always double-check you are ordering the correct size case for your phone and AirPods before proceeding to the checkout.
Wedding Stationery Refunds & Returns
We take huge pride in the design and high-quality card of our wedding stationery. We are absolutely confident you will be happy with your items.
For bespoke orders, we will provide you with a full quote so you are aware of the cost before starting the process.
If you are happy to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before your stationery is designed and the remaining balance is due before your designs are printed. There is the option to request a printed sample for an additional fee before paying the remainder of your deposit.
Once final proofs have been approved and you have received your prints, wedding orders are non-refundable and may not be returned for any reason.
Wedding Stationery Approval & Spelling
We cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept full responsibility for the information and layout as shown. Once your designs are sent to print, changes can no longer be made. If spelling errors are discovered on the finished items, we are required to charge for a reprint.
