Withdrawal Rights (EU Customers)

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you can submit a withdrawal request via your customer account:

If you don’t already have an account with us, simply create one using the same email address you used for your order. Your existing orders will then appear automatically.

Once logged in, select your order and choose “Request cancellation” or “Request return.”

We will confirm receipt of your request by email and provide any further instructions if required.
