FAQs

How does the process work?

When you order from our online collection, you will receive your first proof for approval within 3-4 working days. We are happy to make 1-2 minor amendments, however any amendments beyond this may result in a fee for additional design time.

We will do our best to accommodate your wording choice. However, please keep in mind that adding a great deal of information is not recommended to preserve the legibility of your text and the integrity of your design.

If I order invitations and on-the-day stationery, will everything be emailed together?

Yes, you will receive a PDF proof with all your designs. As Table Plans, Order of Service and Menus are not printed until a later date, we can use placeholder text until you have your final wording ready.

When should I print my table plan, order of service, place cards etc?

Your on-the-day stationery should be finalised and sent to print no later than 2 weeks before your wedding.

Is there a minimum order?

There is. Due to the time involved in creating your designs along with printers minimum quantities, a minimum of 20 cards is required from our pre-designed collection. This is why we often recommend ordering a few extra, just incase.

Do you provide envelopes?

We provide complimentary white envelopes with Save the Dates, Invitations, RSVPs and Thank You cards.

Ivory/cream, shimmering pearlescent and kraft envelopes are available on request and cost 20p each.

Can you print my guest names on the invites and addresses on envelopes?

Yes, we can do both! Please get in touch if you would like a quote.

Do you offer foil?

Yes, we offer gold, silver, copper and rose gold foil, which can be added to any of our cards. Please get in touch if you would like a quote.

Can I use the artwork from my order for a logo or my own personal work?

All digital images and artwork used during the proofing process are sole property of Roco & Miley and CAN’T be used for a personal design or reproduction. All illustrations are copyright of Roco & Miley and may not be reused without permission.
