Do I need to pay customs & duties charges?

Customs charges are outside of Roco & Miley's control and are charged at the sole discretion of your local customs office. Due to this, we’re unable to cover or refund any charges you may incur.

We’re unable to predict if or when you may be charged but for more information you can always contact your local customs office.

Should you order and choose not to pay any outstanding customs or import duties on your parcel, it will be returned to us for a refund. Please note that once a return has been processed, we’re unable to stop this or have your items re-sent.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Once you have placed an order with us our Warehouse team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to make, pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process and make any amendments.

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective, the product is damaged, or there is a misprint on our behalf.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item.

What can I do if I ordered to the wrong address?

Please take extra care when entering your shipping instructions at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we only have a very short space of time in which to amend an address and sadly, if your order is already in production, we are unable to change your shipping address for you. 

If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please contact us immediately with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can! 

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

We try as hard as possible to ensure you won't receive an incorrect item, however very occasionally this may happen. Please contact us with images of the incorrect item, and we will help you further.

There is an item missing from my order? What do I do?

If you receive your order and an item is missing, please check your emails or junk emails to see if you’ve received an out of stock notice from us.

Some of our products are sent in separate parcels. Please check your tracking details before contacting us.

If you haven’t received these details, please contact us your order number so we can resolve this for you.
