Refund Policy

Pre-Designed Stationery 

At Roco & Miley, we take time and care to create your designs by adjusting font sizes and making any required changes to ensure your stationery looks perfect. If you decide to cancel your order after you have received your proof, we will refund your order, minus a £50 design and processing fee, per item designed. Once final proofs have been approved, orders are non-refundable and may not be returned for any reason. 

Samples are available upon request. You may wish to order a sample if you would like to see the quality of our card before ordering.

Bespoke Orders

Depending on the detail of your design, you will receive your first proof within 3-6 weeks. We will provide you with a full quote so you are aware of the cost before starting the process. 

If you are happy to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before your stationery is designed. The remaining balance is due before your items are printed, and there is the option to request a printed sample before paying the remainder of your deposit.

Once final proofs have been approved and you have received your prints, custom orders are non-refundable and may not be returned for any reason. 

Approval & Spelling

We cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept full responsibility for the information and layout as shown. Once your designs are sent to print, changes can no longer be made. If spelling errors are discovered on the finished items, we are required to charge for a reprint.
