Process (how it works)

After ordering, and once we have received your full wording, a design proof will be sent to your email for approval within 1-2 working days.

Once we receive your final approval, we will begin printing your design and getting it ready for shipment. This process typically takes up to 5 working days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

When will I receive my design proof?

You will receive your first proof for approval within 1-2 days. We are happy to make 2 minor amendments, however any amendments beyond this may result in a fee for additional design time. Most designs are approved and finalised by the first or second round.

How long does printing and postage take for these invitations?

Once we receive your final approval, we will begin printing your design and getting it ready for shipment. This process typically takes up to 5 working days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. All parcels are tracked.

Can I add RSVP and accommodation info to the back of my invite?

Yes, you can! We will do our best to accommodate your wording choice. However, please keep in mind that adding a great deal of information is not recommended to preserve the legibility of your text and the integrity of your design. If you need to add accommodation, directions or gift info to your design, we suggest ordering enclosure cards.

Can I customise my design with new artwork and colours?

Absolutely, you have the option to do so! However, please note that new artwork (ex; florals) is an additional free. We recommend reaching out to us prior to placing your order in order to receive more information and a customised quote.

Is there a minimum order?

There is. Due to the time involved in creating your designs along with printers minimum quantities, a minimum of 35 cards is required from our pre-designed collection. This is why always we recommend ordering a few extra.

Do you offer reprints for spelling mistakes?

The purchaser bears sole responsibility for spelling errors, so it is crucial to thoroughly review everything. In the event that any spelling mistakes are identified after printing, we have an obligation to charge for a reprint.

Can I use the artwork from my order for a logo or artwork on my blog/website?

All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property of Roco & Miley and cannot be used for a personal design or reproduction. All illustrations are copyright of Roco & Miley and may not be reused without our permission.
